Shipping Time Frame :

All orders will be processed from our warehouse in Queens, New York. All orders will be shipped between 2 – 3 days after the order is received. When your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming the corresponding tracking number and the expected delivery date.

We only ship frozen food to the area which can receive product within 3 days. (Please refer to (UPS) shipping map.)

 

Shipping Rate:

Our shipping rates are determined by the total weight of your order and the delivery location.

You will be able to review your shipping charges after you enter your information. The next page will show your shopping cart and on the bottom of the cart, you will be able to review the shipping charges.

To ensure a timely delivery, please review your shipping address before confirmation. There is a $10 fee for adjusting the shipping address once UPS receives the information.

Please Note:

UPS will not deliver packages to PO Box address.

UPS will not deliver packages on Saturdays and Sundays.

Please track your packages accordingly.

If you don’t receive your package on the expected delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will track your package and inform you accordingly.

 

Frozen Food shipping Notes

Please note that the order may be slightly defrosted when you select the recommended, standard shipping option. For all our frozen packages, we use Styrofoam boxes with  ice pack . At times, upon arrival, it may seem that we do not provide dry ice, but it is normal for the ice pack to completely evaporate by then, depending upon variations in external temperatures. For summer orders, we provide extra ice pack to sustain the frozen period as long as possible. Although you may receive the items at thawed conditions, you are able to refreeze it because they are already precooked.

It is important for you to note,  veggie mama inc is not responsible for melted and damaged products during shipping. Please DO NOT choose the recommended shipping options if you prefer the products to be completely frozen. Always select the EXPEDITED services such as overnight services or 2nd day to ensure the products to be frozen when arrive.

 

Return Policy

Please note VeggieMama will not accept return or exchange products.

Please note that during summer seasons, frozen product might thaw due to weather condition. We will ship frozen products with special package to keep the frozen food in its best condition.

 

Missing Parcel

For the missing parcel, please make sure that you check your deliveries status from UPS website. UPS might leave your parcel at front door, corridor, Building Management Office, or your neighbor.You may contact UPS @ 1-800-PICK-UPS with your tracking number or call us.
